Who we are

Nisi Studio builds websites for small businesses in Cyprus. Contact: WhatsApp +44 7456 065600 (messages only).

Free demo

We build a first version of your website with your business name at no cost. You are under no obligation to buy. If you decide not to continue, we delete the demo and any material you sent us.

Payment

• Prices are in euros and shown on our website.
• You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the finished site, before it goes live on your domain.
• Payment by card through a secure link or by bank transfer. We send an invoice for each payment.
• If you cancel after the first payment and before approval, we keep the first 50% for work done.

Changes and delivery

Each plan includes a set number of change rounds, listed on our pricing. Extra rounds or new sections are quoted before we start. We aim to launch within 7 days of receiving your photos and final details; delays in receiving content move that date.

Care plan

• Every site needs the care plan: €19 per month or €190 per year. It covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL, up to 30 minutes of edits per month and WhatsApp support.
• Unused edit time does not carry over.
• You can cancel with 30 days' notice. If a payment is 14 days late, we may take the site offline until it is paid.

Ownership

Once fully paid, the website design and files are yours. While you are on the care plan we manage the domain for you. If you leave, we transfer the domain to you or your new provider and hand over all files.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us. Where we use stock photos, we only use images whose licence allows commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, terms and opening hours shown on your site.

Privacy policy

Nisi Studio is the data controller for information you send through this website.

• What we collect: the name, business name, business type, city and social page you type into the demo form, and your WhatsApp number when you message us.
• How it reaches us: the form does not store anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp with a ready message, which WhatsApp processes under its own privacy policy.
• Why: to reply to your request, build your demo and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice the service.
• How long: demo requests that do not become projects are deleted within 6 months. Client records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run your site, such as the hosting and domain providers.
• Your rights: under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to us on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or ad tracking later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
